Cancellation Policy

• Health certificates and vaccination records
• Travel insurance documentation

Failure to obtain proper documentation may result in denied boarding or entry, with no refund available.

Limitations of Liability

Next Trip Anywhere acts solely as a booking agent and is not liable for:

• Acts of travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators)
• Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
• Lost, damaged, or delayed baggage
• Personal injury, illness, or death during travel
• Force majeure events (weather, natural disasters, terrorism, pandemics)
• Errors in third-party information or supplier policies

Our liability is limited to the service fees paid to Next Trip Anywhere and does not include the cost of travel arrangements booked through us.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events. Travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of initial deposit for full coverage.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when making bookings
• Review all booking confirmations for accuracy
• Arrive at airports/ports with adequate time before departure
• Comply with all supplier terms and conditions
• Behave appropriately and follow laws/regulations while traveling
• Notify us immediately of any booking errors or changes needed

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Next Trip Anywhere or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be resolved through:
